At Rukhman, we maintain a strict Replacement Only Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Replacement Eligibility
Replacement is allowed only if:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong product

Size issue (only if requested within 48 hours)
3. Replacement Request Time
You must request replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Conditions for Replacement

Product must be unused and unwashed

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Proper unboxing video is required as proof
5. Replacement Process

Share order ID + issue + proof (images/video)

Once approved, replacement will be processed
6. Reverse Pickup

Available in selected locations

Otherwise, customer must ship the product
7. Replacement Delivery Time
Replacement will be delivered within 5–10 working days
8. Non-Eligible Cases

Used or washed products
-
Requests after 48 hours
-
Minor color difference (due to lighting)
