Return & Replacement Policy – Rukhman

At Rukhman, we maintain a strict Replacement Only Policy.

1. No Refund Policy
We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Replacement Eligibility
Replacement is allowed only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • Size issue (only if requested within 48 hours)

3. Replacement Request Time
You must request replacement within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Conditions for Replacement

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proper unboxing video is required as proof

5. Replacement Process

  • Contact us at support@rukhman.com

  • Share order ID + issue + proof (images/video)

  • Once approved, replacement will be processed

6. Reverse Pickup

  • Available in selected locations

  • Otherwise, customer must ship the product

7. Replacement Delivery Time
Replacement will be delivered within 5–10 working days

8. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Used or washed products

  • Requests after 48 hours

  • Minor color difference (due to lighting)
