Shipping Policy – Rukhman

At Rukhman, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time: 4–7 working days

  • Remote locations may take 7–10 working days

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India

  • Any special shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp

  • You can track your order in real-time

5. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Logistics issues

    • High order volume

  • Rukhman is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us

8. RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If the order is returned due to:

    • Customer unavailable

    • Wrong address

    • Order not accepted

  • Re-shipping will be done only after confirmation and may require additional charges

9. Damaged Package

  • If the package appears damaged, do not accept the delivery

  • Record an unboxing video and contact us immediately

10. Delivery Confirmation

  • Once marked as delivered by courier, it will be considered successfully delivered

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours
